Based in Beirut, Jeddah, and Los Angeles, PARALX is small international firm with complex, layered, and large-scale projects located within urban settings.
Notable projects include BDD 1227, two new LEED Gold-certified office buildings with public space, the restored 19th century St. George Church in Beirut’s Digital District, the DL mixed-use commercial and residential development, the award-winning Y Chalet ski lodge, and the firm’s headquarters in Beirut.
PARALX has several major projects under construction, including BEGA’s new showroom in Dubai, Jeddah Rose on the edge between the old and new cities, and the Baghdadia residential complex. The firm’s design projects include a boutique hotel and a residence in the mountains.
In 2024, PARALX was shortlisted in a design-build competition for its first academic building and was named one of the top emerging architecture firms in the U.S. West as part of The Architect’s Newspaper’s Best of Practice Awards.
